Outlander PHEV Battery Replacement & Install
How It Works
You can contact us by opening a support ticket. We'll provide you with options for low-mileage battery packs and inform you about their availability and mileage.
If you decide to proceed, we require a 50% upfront payment to secure your pack. We'll coordinate with Cedar Electric to schedule your battery replacement at their location in Shoreham-by-Sea, BN43 5FF.
You'll either need to transport your car to Cedar Electric in West Sussex or Cedar Electric can collect or recover a vehicle if required (additional fee applicable).
The remaining 50% payment is due upon collecting your car from Cedar Electric.
