We do not ship internationally. Do not open support ticket requesting this.
Accessories Dispatch
• We have a 5 to 10 working days dispatch time frame on accessory product at the moment (excluding Bank holidays and Weekends).
NOTE: All shipments are Delivered At Place (DAP). DAP terms mean the responsibility to meet customs clearance with duty and taxes at importing country is with the buyer.
UK Battery Dispatch
• We dispatch our battery modules using our In-House Driver - Scheduled Delivery. We look to have your items dispatched within 20 working days from order date. We can accommodate urgent rush deliveries and for this service please contact us via a support ticket HERE. Please note an approx. cost for this service is £1/mile
• Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your purchases are delivered within the set timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner. Under these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded.
• We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us in within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please return items in the same condition you found them: Please ensure that the dispatch note is returned with the products as proof of purchase. Items will be tested on return and then refund made.
Congestion Charge Zone (In-House Delivery Only)
UK has a number of Charge Zones popping up. If you address falls within a Charge Zone an additional invoice will be sent to cover the charge zone cost.

COLLECTION - FREE (by appointment only)
You are very welcome to collect your order to save on delivery costs. Collection is from BH23 3TS by appointment only usually Friday's. We are not open weekends. Please do not turn up without an arrange appointment. Once an order is placed if you have selected Collection we will be in contact to arrange a time and date. On site personal are dispatch only and do not have technical background / knowledge.

DUTIES AND TAXES
NOTE: All shipments are Delivered At Place (DAP). DAP terms mean the responsibility to meet customs clearance with duty and taxes at importing country is with the buyer.
You will be charged on delivery for duties and taxes if applicable in your country. Final costs are determined by customs authorities at the time of import into your country. It is your responsibility to make the payments for duty and tax.

RETURNS
All returns should be sent via Insured & Tracked to correct value. with batteries make sure you select the lithium battery option and display the relevant safety labels. Duties and Taxes will be deducted from refund if applicable.
FAULTY ITEM RETURNS
In the very unlike situation there is a problem with your purchase we offer you a full 30 days refund policy. If there is a problem with a battery please detail your problem in an email with photo evidence. In event of a faulty product we will cover all return delivery costs and will arrange all the collection label. you will need a printer. We will conduct our own in-house testing before a full refund can be issued. In situation were we do not detect a fault we can still offer a refund but will deduct the return shipping costs. We do not charge you a restocking fee.
OTHER RETURNS REASONS
If you have just changed your mind that is not a problem you we can still offer you a refund 30 days from purchase. We will need to deduct shipping costs from your final refund amount.
ITEMS RETURNED BY COURIER OR OTHER
(REFUSED / UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY)
If an order is returned to us for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect / insufficient address, incorrect recipient's name, or an error not caused by our side, the customers are required to pay for the postages of the returned journey as well as the forwarding journey to the correct address. If the order is returned to us for unsuccessful delivery due to insufficient postage, inadequate documentation, or an error caused by our side, we will re-post the order to the customer free of charge. If you require a refund shipping costs are deducted.
