COLLECTION - FREE
You are very welcome to collect your order to save on delivery costs. Collection is from BH23 4SY. We are not always in at this location so a collection time needs to be arranged. Once an order is placed if you have selected Collection we will be in contact to arrange a time and date. If you are considering purchasing additional cells or modules on collection we ask if you can make us aware this might be the case so we can make sure we have potential stock on site for you.
We can only currently delivery BATTERIES to these locations due to dangerous goods licensing with UPS.

All returns should be sent via Insured & Tracked to correct value. We recommend you use UPS.com and make sure you select the lithium battery option and display the relevant safety labels.
FAULTY ITEM RETURNS
In the very unlike situation there is a problem with your purchase we offer you a full 30 days refund policy. If there is a problem with a battery please detail your problem in an email with photo evidence. In event of a faulty product we will cover all return delivery costs. We will conduct our own in-house testing before a full refund can be issued. In situation were we do not detect a fault we can still offer a refund but will deduct the return shipping costs.
OTHER RETURNS REASONS
If you have just changed your mind that is not a problem you we can still offer you a refund up today 30 days from purchase. We will need to deduct the return cost from your final refund amount.
ITEMS RETURNED BY POSTAL SERVICE UPS OR OTHER (REFUSED / UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY)
If an order is returned to us for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect / insufficient address, incorrect recipient's name, or an error not caused by our side, the customers are required to pay for the postages of the returned journey as well as the forwarding journey to the correct address. If the order is returned to us for unsuccessful delivery due to insufficient postage, inadequate documentation, or an error caused by our side, we will re-post the order to the customer free of charge.
